Vision: Everyone Living Better, Longer
Mission:
Promote the health and well-being of individuals, families and communities of Eau Claire County through collaborative and focused action.
Our Structure
Eau Claire Health Alliance consists of a broad-based Coalition and Task Forces that are all working to promote the health and well-being of individuals, families, and communities of Eau Claire County.
The Eau Claire Health Alliance is the result of a merger of two long-standing coalitions in Eau Claire County: Eau Claire Healthy Communities and the Alliance for Substance Misuse Prevention.
Over 250 partners from across the county convene to advance data-driven goals that address health priorities identified by Eau Claire County residents.
About the Coalition
Everyone involved in the Eau Claire Health Alliance is part of the coalition. To make keep our members up to date, we host bi-monthly meetings and share about our coalition work via our email lists and newsletter.
We invite all interested community members, and other partners to attend our bi-monthly meetings. At these meetings, we provide education/training from health priorities, coalition trainings/resources, updates about progress toward achieving objectives, and networking connections for collaborative health improvement.
Task Forces convene to complete objectives identified in the 2025-2027 Community Health Improvement Plan.
The Eau Claire Health Alliance identified 13 objectives in our 2025-2027 Community Health Improvement Plan to complete related to the health priorities of mental health and community connectedness, nutrition and physical activity, and substance misuse.
Task Forces will change throughout the years as objective work gets completed and new objectives are selected for Task Forces to begin their work on. By the end of 2027, all 13 objectives will have been worked on or completed.
